Q: Do you have storage?
A: Yes we have as much storage as you need at a very reasonable price. We are one of the top removals and storage companies in Edinburgh.
Q: Do you supply boxes?
A: Yes, as many as you need. You will also need to consider disposing of boxes after moving which is something many customers forget about in their planning.
Q: Do you supply bubble wrap?
A: Yes we do.
Q: What is a bumper pack?
A: A bumper pack is white paper which is used to wrap fragile items. We make white paper balls to put at the bottom of a box, which creates a cushion on which to put your fragile belongings.
Q: Do you supply bumper packs?
A: Indeed we do.
Q: Packing fragile items requires a great deal of skill, do you provide demonstrations on how to pack correctly?
A: Yes we will happily pass on our skills and knowledge to you.
Q: Do you provide a packing service?
A: Yes all our staff are fully trained to ensure all your belongings arrive at your new home in the same condition as they left your old one.
Q: What’s the furthest place you will carry out a removal to?
A: If we can drive on road and travel on a ferry we will travel as far as you would like us to go.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We can be contacted by email 7 days a week, 24/7, we tend to reply very quickly. You can also phone us Monday to Saturday from 8.00am until 9.00pm. We take a break on a Sunday but if something needs to be delivered on a Sunday we can discuss it.
Q: Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture, such as beds?
A: Our staff have a lot of experience of dismantling and reassembling furniture, even Ikea items!
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are fully insured for any eventuality.
