You don’t need us to tell you that we live in unprecedented times and that we all need to take extra care and do what we can to stop the spread of this virus. Kingdom Removals is taking all the precautions it can to protect staff and customers from catching the disease but we do have plans in place to ensure we are there for you if you who need to move or put belongings into storage.
Any member of staff who has an underlying illness will be working from home and those who are working on the frontline will wear personal protective equipment whenever possible. Staff will always wear gloves, the vans will be deep cleaned at the end of each day and staff have been issued with hand sanitisers to be used on a regular basis
Staff will follow the Government guidelines by washing their hands after every removal and using hand sanitisers regularly.
Kingdom Removals has taken steps to reduce risk – all removals staff will maintain a minimum distance from each other wherever possible, they will carry hand sanitisers and will wipe down any contacted surface or tools throughout the removal process. We are very mindful that some removals and storage solutions are essential and need to go ahead as planned. Unless the Government tells us otherwise, we will be there for you throughout this crisis,
We ask that any elderly or vulnerable members of your household are removed from the immediate vicinity of the move until our staff have completed the removal.
If you have any questions or queries in relation to our methods of working or just reassurance that your move can go ahead, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Keep safe and look after yourself and others during this period of uncertainty but most importantly DON’’T BULK BUY!
